Gym day was just an easy 15 minutes on the
Precor elliptical.
I am so sore today from yesterday. The worst part about
falling off the gym wagon is getting back on hurts so badly!!!
My inner thighs are so sore I can barely walk. =/
Since I haven’t been posting these on the day they happen, I
am going to add yesterday’s (11 July) workout to it as well.
We did a quick 15 on the elliptical and then did back.

Biceps curls on the machine
Just the machine resistance 10reps 3 times.
I was probably doing it on 10....yes, I have very wimpy
biceps.
Today
12 July
I had my final interview for a position at H&M today, so we missed our workout. Unfortunately. We were planning on going and doing 30mins of cardio and stretching. We would probably usually do shoulders or something like that, but since we just started back up going to the gym, we are going slow.
